Thank you for your feedback. After three months of consulting the local community on our plans for a great new shopping experience at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we have now submitted the planning application.
We have used your feedback to update our proposals which are now available to view on this website. For a summary of the key changes that we have made, please go straight to the consultation results page. Please do take a look and tell us what you think.

We are planning to:
- Make a £30m investment in the local area
- Create approximately 500 new jobs targeting local people
- Completely refurbish the existing centre
- Provide a new extension with additional shops and restaurants
- Improve travel connections to Lower Road and Canada Water and create new and improved public realm
- Start work immediately following planning permission and open for Spring 2014
