- A £25m to £30m investment in the local area
- A new 10,600m² extension with 15-20 new shops and restaurants
- Refurbishment of the existing centre
- The creation of a new high street environment with new active frontage
- Larger shop units to attract new retailers
- Safeguarding spend in the local area
- Approximately 500 new jobs targeting local people
- New and improved connectivity across the site
- Enhanced routes prioritising pedestrians and cyclists
- Provision of ramped access to provide convenient accessible routes for wheelchair users and people with push-chairs

- Improvements to the setting of Canada Water basin
